I am throwing my two cents in with looking at psychology and sociology stigmas get formed and how it impacts ourselves as individuals and how it impacts the way we treat others that are not like us.
It comes down to survival but we have to challenge our view on survival and ambiguity. This is a simplified brush over of a topic I could spend years talking about and as we go on in the show, we will be unpacking this idea at deeper levels. If we accept ourselves more, our ability to accept others grows exponentially.
Some articles I post will support my ideas, some may challenge my ideas, I think it's important to be well rounded in thoughts and beliefs so people can come to their own conclusion without confirmation bias. Not everyone has to agree with me, the important thing is we are challenging our own thoughts and beliefs and having these conversations.
